How pieces get to you.
Wrapped by hand, insured and shipped within the US, or picked up at the studio in Logan.
Shipping
Pieces ship within the US, wrapped by hand in plenty of padding and insured for their full value. Orders usually leave the studio within a few business days. Shipping within the US is $6 per order plus $4 per piece, so a single mug ships for $10 and two pieces for $14.
Studio pickup
Choose pickup at checkout and collect your piece at the studio in Logan, Utah, by appointment. No shipping charge.
If something arrives broken
Send a photo of the piece and the box within a few days of delivery. Adam will replace it from the next firing, or refund it if you'd rather not wait.
Returns
Each piece is one of a kind and the photos show the exact piece you receive, so returns are rare. If something isn't right, get in touch within 14 days and we'll work it out.
Commissions
Custom pieces are made to order and aren't returnable, but Adam can share progress photos along the way, on request, so there are no surprises.
